EngineeringNorth Wind has an excellent history of providing in-house and engineering services for a variety of clients and projects, including federal, state, local and tribal government agencies and private section clients throughout the country. We have provided engineering support for a multitude of U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) projects, including the design of radiological laboratories, facility infrastructure services, industrial wastewater treatment systems, hot cell work tables, and environmental remediation systems (i.e., soil and groundwater treatment). North Wind has also performed engineering services for multiple federal, state, and commercial clients including road design, vapor extraction treatment systems, small office buildings, fire suppression systems, landfill cells, waste repositories and capping systems, and other industrial process systems and utilities. North Wind has also provided support at military facilities in the United States and overseas.

Technical Services

North Wind offers an array of technical services to a variety of clients, including state and federal agencies and private industry. North Wind supports the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE’s) Office of River Protection, Office of Nuclear Energy, and Office of Environmental Management providing everything from management consultant support to project management services as well as communications, quality assurance, administrative, and nuclear safety support. North Wind has also provided technical services to organizations such as the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (IDEQ), the South Carolina Department of Transportation, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

 

 

 

 


Information Technology/Cyber

North Wind offers an array of information technology services to a variety of clients, including state and federal agencies and private industry. North Wind offers three primary offerings in the categories of managed services, cyber security, and professional services. Capabilities include physical and information security assessments; managed security services; penetration testing; vulnerability analysis and management; security monitoring, detection and reporting; incident response and management; forensic and malware analysis; continuous monitoring; and compliance and security audits; and database and web application development. The North Wind team specializes in small to medium Windows TM -based networks, with experience in Linux systems.
