This 13,000 SF, 3-bay structural fire station is designed to withstand 186 mph winds per Miami-Dade County criteria. This fire station will also include a hybrid reinforced masonry and steel framed structure that will be continuously insulated, waterproofed, and clad in a brick veneer providing for a very resilient, long-lasting building.
