The LBYD Federal team under multiple, multi-year IDIQ contracts for the BLM has completed over 50+ projects including new construction, renovations, restorations, building and environmental assessments fulfilling the needs of public land patrons in ways that are sustainable and environmentally sensitive. Our team of multi-discipline designers have performed Title I, II, & III design services for project types including visitor centers, roads and bridges, green buildings, and bike paths, cabins, campgrounds, historic structures, and much more. Our team has extensive experience in the areas of low-maintenance facilities, low water use, and native landscaping as well as the use of new energy technologies, alternative building products, daylighting, passive solar heating and cooling, and computer-based energy analysis techniques.
