The new Redstone Federal Credit Union is a five-story 74,000 SF office building with a three-story parking deck, including a drive-through ATM. The top floor consists of an entertainment and event space, including a 6,000 SF rooftop terrace. The parking deck consisted of post-tensioned concrete and the office building consisted of mostly post-tensioned concrete. The top floor of entertainment space consisted of steel, and glass made up the entire façade of the office building. Our team also developed a steel-framed shade structure that would shade building inhabitants in the afternoon hours of the day.
