IDAHO FALLS, ID – November 6, 2023 North Wind Group (North Wind) is pleased to announce Mr. Richard “Rich” Driggs has been appointed to serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer Elect of North Wind, assuming the role on November 13, 2023.
Rich Driggs is a respected leader in the engineering and construction industry that brings more than 30 years of experience acting as both CEO and COO for multi-national organizations. He most recently served as COO for Michael Baker International and prior to that COO of WSP, a globally recognized high-performing AEC firm.

Mr. Driggs succeeds Christopher P. Leichtweis, who has led the company with extraordinary entrepreneurial spirit for the past 10 years. His commitment to succession planning has empowered the company and the leadership team to continue to deliver results.
