This Privacy Policy describes how North Wind Group and its affiliated entities (“North Wind Group,” “we,” or “us”) collect, use, and disclose information about you. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you access or use our website located at northwindgrp.com (our “Website”), or when you otherwise interact with us online, such as through our social media pages or when you submit a career application or business inquiry.

North Wind Group is a government contracting company owned by Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (“CIRI”), an Alaska Native Corporation. While CIRI maintains its own separate privacy policy governing its shareholder programs and corporate services, this Privacy Policy governs the information practices of North Wind Group specifically.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this policy. We may also provide additional notice regarding material changes. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.

Please note, North Wind Group also maintains a California Privacy Policy (HRP-5047) which applies specifically to individuals that reside in the state of California.

North Wind Group has implemented administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with our obligations as a government contractor operating in regulated environments.
