North Wind Appoints Brent Clark as North East Regional Manager

Due to the growth and increased focus on the Eastern region mature markets, North Wind Group has expanded the Eastern region and divided it into two regions, North East and South East regions.

“In an effort to remain close to our ever expanding base of clients in the eastern US, North Wind is adding senior management to our ranks, and opening new offices to provide local support,” said Chris Leichtweis, North Wind Group President/CEO. “We recently opened an office in Chelmsford, MA and expect to have an office in Morgantown West Virginia later in the year.”

Brent Clark has been appointed to a new role as the North East Region Manager. The North East region includes: Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, West Virginia, Washington, DC, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Delaware and Wisconsin.

“Brent will be a key element in our strategy to remain close to our clients and projects, expanding our presence and operations into new reaches of the northeastern US,” said Brad Frazee, North Wind Group Chief Operating Officer.

Brent Clark, PMP, joined the North Wind team in 2016, bringing vast experience in program/project management and economic analyses of high technology Research & Development projects, including financial management, cost analysis, cost-benefit analysis, cost and schedule performance analysis, life cycle assessment preparation, development of software designed decision support tools used to implement business process reengineering and strategic planning.

Mr. Clark will remain serving in his current role as deputy project manager and performance integration manager for the Portsmouth Mission Alliance (PMA) project. Brent brings more than 22 years of experience in management and oversight of federal and commercial contracts and personnel. He received his B.S. in Business administration from West Virginia University.

Jeff Scott has spearheaded significant growth in the Eastern region and he will serve as the South East Regional Manager. The South East Region includes: Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina. Mark Swantko will serve both Eastern regions as the Business Development Manager.
