Silver Mountain Construction was the prime contractor for the construction of a battalion headquarters facility with organizational classrooms. Highlights include 341 building occupant load; 20,136 sq. ft. building; intrusion detection, fire detection and protection, mass notifications, energy monitoring and control, keyless lock, and special foundation and information systems; and elevator construction and installation.
This building was designed for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver Certified status and achieved Gold Certification.
