North Wind Services Awarded Supplemental Labor Personnel Services Contract at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory

Idaho Falls, ID –North Wind Services, LLC (North Wind) is proud to announce its acceptance of the Supplemental Labor Services contract awarded by Lawrence Livermore National Security (LLNS), located in Livermore CA.  The North Wind team will provide supplemental labor support services to the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) which is managed by LLNS for the U.S. Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration. The five-year contract with options includes transitioning approximately 520 supplemental labor employees.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, NWS will manage a virtual transition.  In an effort to maintain safety, the team will hold remote meetings for the Lab’s supplemental labor workforce to provide information regarding the transition.

The Laboratory relies on the supplemental labor to fulfill its missions. With 23-years of experience working for the Department of Energy and an accumulative $1.6 Billion of contracts, North Wind has proven Human Resource recruiting and management capabilities for engineers, scientists, IT, administrative, and skilled labor. North Wind is excited to provide the level of quality and reliability that has come to be expected from them to Lawrence Livermore National Security.

North Wind will be teaming with Longenecker & Associates and WorkCare to provide the management and recruitment of supplemental labor for LLNS at the LLNL.
