North Wind names Jeff Dudek, P.E. as Deputy Northeast Regional Manager
Jeff Dudek, Professional Engineer (P.E.), has been promoted to Deputy Northeast Regional Manager and Program Manager for the Luckey project in Ohio. Dudek has been the Luckey Project Manager since August 2017. He brings 20 years of experience including project and construction management, engineering design and review, development and implementation of health and safety and quality control programs, technical document preparation, procurement and contract management, waste management, regulatory permitting/licensing and compliance, and management of professional staff, multidisciplinary field personnel and subcontractors.
Dudek is a P.E. and has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Buffalo and a BS in Finance from Canisius College, in Buffalo, NY.

He’s proven himself over and over and will continue to be a great leader for our company growth and continued success on the Luckey project,” said Chris Leichtweis, President/CEO of North Wind Group. “His management style has been a driving force behind the project’s recent successes,” Leichtweis added.
North Wind is considering opening an office in Buffalo, New York this year to expand their footprint in the Northeast.
North Wind Portage is performing a project for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Buffalo district to perform soil excavation and handling, waste management and site restoration at the Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP) Luckey Site. There are many important aspects and phases of this cleanup effort that will take several years to accomplish.
