North Wind has recently added two key positions to support their ever-growing company. Please welcome Jeff Clark as the new regional Business Development Manager for Alaska and Pacific Rim, and Shayne Naugle as the new Northeastern Region Business Development Manager!
Jeff has 24 years of environmental and construction business development and project execution experience. His career has focused on securing contract awards and serving as project executive on work throughout the Pacific Rim, including Alaska, Hawaii, Japan, South Korea, Guam, Singapore, and the Philippines. He also brings experience working on the US mainland, Poland, and the UK.
Jeff serves on the board of several professional organizations, including the SAME Japan Post, SAME International Committee, and the CMAA Hawaii Chapter. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, and has completed executive marketing and management programs at Tuck Business School, The Wharton School, and Harvard Business Publishing.
Shayne brings over 20 years of energy and environmental experience in the Federal and State contracting environment supporting such agencies as the United States Department of Energy (DOE), the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), the US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE), the US Department of the Army, the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the Department of Justice (DOJ).
Shayne’s expertise includes over 15 years of business development and capture success, over 20 years of program and project management experience including managing large programs and over seven years of contract administration and procurement experience in the Federal environment.
Shayne has a Bachelor of Science from West Virginia University and a Master in Business Administration from Waynesburg University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
