North Wind Environmental PMO Director Retires
On behalf of North Wind Group and all of its subsidiaries, please join us in congratulating our Environmental Business Line PMO Director, Linda Beach, on her retirement. Beach has been an integral part of our company for the last 10 years, although she has worked alongside North Wind in various projects since 2005. Her years of dedication and leadership have made her invaluable to North Wind, as well as her passion and expertise, which will leave a lasting impact on our team and the projects we’ve accomplished together.
“I have worked with North Wind in various capacities since 2005 and always admired North Wind and its people,” said Beach. “In October 2015, I finally achieved my desire to be a North Winder when North Wind won DOE’s Transuranic Waste Processing Center (TWPC) contract in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Although I had led nuclear waste processing and disposal operations in the past, North Wind still was taking a chance on me as I was unknown to this client. TWPC was a great success for North Wind and a wonderful opportunity and experience for me. TWPC was like family; that extended family atmosphere continued when I moved to a corporate position in the Knoxville office. I will forever be grateful for North Wind believing in me and allowing me to grow in many ways. I will truly miss my daily interactions with everyone and wish you all great success.”
As Linda embarks on this exciting new chapter, we wish her all the best in her retirement.
Thank you, Linda, for everything—you will be greatly missed!
