Scott has over 35 years of expertise in facility engineering and federal contracting, along with his distinguished service as an Air Force veteran. His career has been marked by leadership in business development, strategic planning, and delivering exceptional value to federal clients.

A seasoned professional, Scott’s background spans critical disciplines, including strategic planning, proposal management, program management, risk management, facility master planning, design management, construction management, and environmental management. His innovative solutions have consistently addressed complex and challenging projects.

Scott holds a Professional Engineer (PE) certification in Civil Engineering, a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
