This project includes the design and construction of facilities for the Civil Engineer Squadron, Base Contracting Squadron, USACE, and Logistics Readiness Squadron. It provides administrative, maintenance, and storage spaces, as well as specialized areas such as SIPR rooms, weapons vaults, and hazardous-material storage. The buildings will feature reinforced concrete foundations, masonry walls, structural steel framing, and energy-efficient roofing. Smart technologies and resilient infrastructure will support efficient operations and emergency response. Site work includes utilities, pavements, and security enhancements to deliver fully functional, mission-ready facilities.
The Logistics Readiness Squadron Complex includes 177,000 SF of facility space and 240,000 SF of pavements.
