The Tracks will be a 273-unit multi-family apartment complex at the east end of Birmingham’s downtown Rotary Trail. The complex will include amenities such as a fitness center, central interior courtyard, outdoor pool and grilling stations, dog park, full kitchen and community space, a bocce ball court, and a yoga lawn.
LBYD‘s Civil department recently went on a site visit and project engineer Justin Box had this to say, “Due to limitations in space, this site required two ADS underground detention systems placed beneath the proposed parking areas to meet the city’s storm managment requirements…LBYD’s Civil Department went on a site visit to see one of the two systems installed in the ground. This trip has proven to be a valuable experience as we strive to better the necessary collaboration and design of our sites.”
