North Wind Dynamics, LBYD Federal, and North Wind Site Services Secure Coveted Spots on GSA’s OASIS+ Contract Vehicle
Idaho Falls, ID
North Wind Group (North Wind) is proud to announce that three of its subsidiary companies, North Wind Dynamics, LBYD Federal, and North Wind Site Services, have been awarded positions on the U.S. General Services Administration’s (GSA) OASIS Plus (OASIS+) contract, a premier government-wide acquisition vehicle for complex non-IT professional services.
This achievement places these three companies amongst a select group of industry leaders eligible to compete for billions of dollars in federal task orders across various service domains. Specifically:
- North Wind Site Services received an award under the OASIS+ 8(a) Small Business Set-Aside – Environmental Domain
- LBYD Federal received an award under the OASIS+ 8(a) Small Business Set-Aside – Technical & Engineering Domain
- North Wind Dynamics received an award under the OASIS+ 8(a) Small Business Set-Aside – Facilities Domain
“Securing positions on the OASIS+ contract across multiple domains is a strategic milestone for North Wind and our subsidiaries,” said Rich Driggs, President and CEO of North Wind Group. “It underscores our culture of innovation, our commitment to government operational effectiveness and efficiency, and our deep technical capabilities. We are fully prepared to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions that support federal missions across the facilities, engineering, and environmental sectors.”
The OASIS+ contract is a next-generation, government-wide, multi-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle. As a Best-in-Class (BIC) contract designated by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), OASIS+ simplifies and streamlines the procurement of a wide range of non-IT services for federal agencies, including facilities support, technical and engineering services, and environmental solutions. It also promotes inclusion by supporting small and disadvantaged businesses through set-aside awards.
