Paul brings over twenty-five years of experience in commercial and government project management and business development in engineering, information technology, waste management, project controls, and radiological protection services.
A Marine Corps veteran, Paul’s leadership skills and dedication to excellence have been evident throughout his career, earning him a reputation as a trusted and results-driven professional. His extensive experience and proven track record make him the ideal candidate to lead North Wind Services in delivering exceptional professional services to clients across various federal agencies.
