North Wind Group is pleased to announce that three of its subsidiaries, North Wind Dynamics, North Wind Site Services, and LBYD Federal, have been selected for award under the U.S. General Services Administration’s OASIS+ Small Business (SB) contract vehicle, one of the federal government’s premier acquisition programs for non-IT professional services.
This positions the companies to pursue a broad range of federal opportunities through OASIS+, a government-wide, multi-award contract designed to simplify the procurement of non-IT professional services for federal agencies. Through their respective awards, the companies will be eligible to compete for task orders supporting critical government missions nationwide.
The awarded domains include:
- North Wind Site Services: OASIS+ Small Business Set-Aside, Environmental Domain
- LBYD Federal: OASIS+ Small Business Set-Aside, Technical & Engineering Domain
- North Wind Dynamics: OASIS+ Small Business Set-Aside, Facilities Domain
The recognition further expands North Wind’s ability to deliver specialized solutions across environmental remediation, engineering and technical consulting, and facilities support services.

OASIS+ is the next generation of GSA’s government-wide professional services contracting program. Designated as a Best-in-Class acquisition solution by the Office of Management and Budget, the vehicle is intended to provide agencies with a more efficient path to acquiring high-value professional services while increasing participation from qualified small businesses.
OASIS+ also offers agencies flexibility through multiple contract types, including fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, time-and-materials, and hybrid approaches, allowing customers to tailor procurement strategies to their specific mission needs.
