Robert (Joseph) Bonner is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of North Wind Group. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with an extensive background in Information Technology (IT) and specializes in Cyber Security.

Joseph brings over 20 years of IT experience and has helped to lead and create a well-respected name for multiple government contractors in cyber security throughout the Department of Energy Environmental Management (DOE-EM), from protégé sites all the way up to DOE Headquarters.  Some positions he has held include Chief Information Security Officer, Cyber Security Manager, Principal IT Specialist, Server Administrator, and Support Technician.

Joseph holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee. He brings a wealth of experience working with the DOE, Department of Defense (DoD), and commercial clients.
