John is a Senior Executive and Corporate Officer with 30 years of industry experience that spans employment with both small private businesses and large public companies. At North Wind, John is responsible for leading five business lines comprised of several dozen operating subsidiaries performing work in environmental services, facility operations, engineering, construction, and information technology and cyber security for dozens of federal agencies and commercial clients across the United States and international locations. At North Wind, Mr. Bukowski has served in most executive positions including:

• Group Executive Officer
• Chief Business Development Officer
• Business Line Manager and subsidiary president
• Joint Venture President and Board Member
• Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Team Lead

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Mr. Bukowski is deeply involved in the management and operations of the more than 2,000-employee, $575 million enterprise, and he periodically serves as a proxy for the CEO to lead and manage the business. In the most recent 10-year period, Mr. Bukowski’s contributions as a member of the North Wind C-suite team have led to the creation of $4.1 billion in consolidated gross revenue and net income in the top 10% of industry peers. Through both organic means and M&A, the firm has experienced a compound annual growth rate of 28% and its enterprise value has increased more than 1,000% during the same period while John served as a North Wind executive leader. 

Mr. Bukowski is a registered Professional Geologist (PG) and accredited Project Management Professional (PMP). He has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, a Master of Science in Hydrogeology, a Master of Business Administration, and has completed Executive Education in Leadership and Business at Dartmouth College.
