Jeff Scott is President & General Manager of North Wind Portage, Inc. and the Environmental Group President. Jeff is an experienced senior manager with more than 24 years of leadership and management experience that spans remediation, construction, security, and D&D services, including environmental geology and engineering, hydrogeology, hazardous and radiological waste management, project management, decontamination and decommissioning, demolition, and environmental remediation.

Before his current role, Mr. Scott served as North Wind’s Eastern Regional Manager from 2013-2018. Prior to joining North Wind in 2013, he served as Director of Project Management for a government contractor performing remediation, construction, logistics, and security services for the U.S. government, primarily in overseas locations. Before that, he served as Chief Technical Officer, Vice President, and Program Manager for an environmental remediation company. 

Mr. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering and an Executive Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership from The University of Tennessee. He has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2011.
