Debbie Morgan has over 20 years of human resources, office management, and administrative experience. As Chief of Staff, Ms. Morgan functions as a liaison between North Wind Group and the parent company, CIRI, and between North Wind Group and their subsidiary companies. She responds to staffing requests, provides staffing and data information, and serves on the mergers and acquisitions committee. Ms. Morgan has an Executive Masters of Business Administration-Strategic Leadership from The University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
