Courtney Arbour, MBA has over 15 years of communications and marketing experience. As Sr. Manager, Ms. Arbour is responsible for the internal and external communications and marketing strategies for North Wind Group. She manages the efforts of the marketing, communications, and public relations staff, coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the organization, and serves as the company spokesperson.

Ms. Arbour holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Bachelor of Science degree both from Lincoln Memorial University, in Harrogate, TN.
