Sam Swenson is the Mission Support Group President and Subsidiary President. Sam brings more than 20 years of experience in government contracting leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth, leading large, high-performing teams, and delivering outstanding results for customers. In his previous role, he served as a Senior Vice President of Operations, supporting a workforce of over 4,000 employees and managing nearly $1B in annual revenue, while helping lead strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and operational excellence across a complex portfolio.
Throughout his career, Sam has consistently delivered strong growth, built multi-billion-dollar pipelines, and secured major contract wins across defense and civilian agencies. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to mission success.
Sam earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. He has further strengthened his professional capabilities through participation in multiple leadership and mentorship programs, setting the standard for ethical, highly team-oriented leadership while enhancing his skills in strategic thinking, teamwork, and organizational development.
