Andrew March serves as North Wind’s General Counsel. He brings a strong background in legal leadership, government contracting, and complex regulatory matters. Most recently, Andrew served as General Counsel for another Alaska Native Corporation with approximately 400 employees and $130 million in annual revenue, where he led legal and compliance functions and advised on a wide range of federal contracting and regulatory issues.
Prior to that, Andrew held roles in private practice and at a leading global law firm, managing high-stakes litigation, appellate matters, and major commercial disputes. His experience includes advising on corporate governance, federal acquisition regulations, and complex contractual matters.
Andrew received his Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Colorado and J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He is a CIRI shareholder, reflecting North Wind’s strong commitment to supporting CIRI’s shareholders and descendants.
