Andrew brings extensive experience in legal leadership, government contracting, and navigating complex regulatory environments. Most recently, he served as General Counsel for an Alaska Native Corporation with approximately 400 employees and $130 million in annual revenue. Andrew is a CIRI shareholder, underscoring North Wind’s ongoing commitment to supporting its shareholders and their families.
