We proudly announce that Mr. Jeff Domm has joined the North Wind family as our new Air Force Account Manager.
Jeff brings an extraordinary legacy of service, having dedicated 35 years to the United States Air Force. A distinguished member of the Senior Executive Service (SES), Jeff will officially retire from civil service on September 30, 2025, capping off a remarkable career.
His journey began in 1991 at Grand Forks Air Force Base as Chief of the Environmental Restoration Division. Since then, Jeff has held numerous leadership roles across the Air Force Civil Engineering community—from base-level operations to strategic positions at Headquarters Air Force, including assignments in Europe and the Pacific.
Most recently, Jeff served as the Executive Director of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, where he helped lead a 2,200-person team delivering full-spectrum installation engineering support to the Air Force.
