PAUL ADAMS

Subsidiary President

Paul Adams is the President of North Wind Services, North Wind Federal Services, and North Wind Mission Support Services, focusing on growth and operations for our professional services division. Before serving in that role, Paul was the Vice President of a nuclear consulting division for a world-class engineering services and nuclear organization. He is a recognized leader in the professional services industry with over 25 years of experience.

Paul’s areas of expertise include program management, talent acquisition, budgeting, contract management, and compliance within the U.S. nuclear sector. He has advised government stakeholders and dozens of federal contracting officers on CONUS and OCONUS human capital strategies. He has spoken at universities, conferences, and government leadership gatherings on managing large-scale human capital deployment programs.

His impressive track record includes leading a $100M professional services program for one of the largest national laboratories in North America and serving as the contract manager for one of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) NNSA’s largest supplemental labor programs. This role encompassed over 300 personnel and $250M in various technical support services programs. Additionally, Paul served as the global director of talent acquisition for a private military company that was responsible for deploying a range of services to support complex projects in build, secure, and humanitarian domains that were considered some of the toughest projects on Earth.

Paul is a Marine Corps veteran who received his B.A. degree in Economics from Florida State University’s College of Social Sciences and Public Policy. He has also completed extensive training in fields related to project management and leadership.

The intersection of Paul’s degree, training, and leadership experience highlights the focus of his most recent support to clients—the management of projects (ranging in size from tens of thousands to multi-millions) that support the long-term nuclear strategies enabling the long-term resilience of our energy sector.
