Ashley Clines brings more than 15 years of extensive experience in commercial and federal business development and capture management, with a focus on supporting agencies such as the Department of Energy (DOE), the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), among others. As the Director of Strategic Pursuits, Ms. Clines serves as the company-wide lead overseeing critical captures aimed at driving long-term growth and fostering innovation while remaining aligned with the core values and mission of the organization. Her expertise also extends to contributing to the development of the company’s comprehensive strategic plan.

Throughout her career, Ms. Clines has worked closely with senior-level decision-makers, functional organizations, subject matter experts, teaming partners and proposal staff to effectively manage and lead capture and proposal efforts in the successful pursuit of new, repeat, and take-away business. She’s played a key role in the identification, development, and implementation of both near- and long-term strategies in support of business growth plans.

Ms. Clines has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
