James “Jim” Pulkrabek is the Alaska Regional Manager. He has more than 40 years of experience in residential and commercial construction with the past 26-years focused on Department of Defense (DoD) construction projects. Mr. Pulkrabek began his construction industry career in Topsham, Maine after being Honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy. He has worked at a variety of trade and professional management levels in the States of Virginia, Ohio, Hawaii, and Alaska as well as the U.S. Territories of Johnston Atoll and Guam. His career path has taken him from carpenter apprentice, carpenter, Quality Control Manager, Superintendent, Site Safety and Health Officer, Project Manager & Lead Estimator, Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Deputy Regional Manager. In his current role, he is responsible for all projects with the Alaska Region. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the successful start-up and completion of each project safely, efficiently, environmentally compliant, on-time, and within budget.
