Portsmouth Mission Alliance

Portsmouth Mission Alliance, LLC (PMA) is a joint venture between North Wind Solutions and Swift and Staley, Inc.. The company was created to perform Infrastructure Support Services (ISS) at the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant in Piketon, Ohio. The current ISS contract commenced on April 25, 2016. PMA is responsible for Information Technology/Cyber Security utilized by over 2,200 employees, Safeguards and Security oversight, Training (Radiological Worker, General Employee Training, etc.), Records Management/Document Control, Non-Nuclear Facility Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, over 900 acres of grounds and over 23 miles of roads, Snow Removal, and Janitorial Services. ISS employees have received the DOE Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Star of Excellence eight consecutive times along with two DOE VPP Legacy of Star awards. In June 2019, PMA surpassed 1,000,000 safe work hours!
