Jill S. Doran, MSN, RN, COHN-S is the Director of Occupational Health and Medicine and is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and maintaining the corporate occupational health and welfare program in alignment with North Wind’s vision, values, and commitment to quality. Ms. Doran has over 34 years of nursing experience that spans a variety of disciplines within the healthcare arena.
Before joining North Wind in 2018, Ms. Doran served as the Program Director at a large Department of Energy (DOE) occupational medical clinic. She started her occupational nursing career at Hess Oil Virgin Islands Corporation (HOVIC) in 1994 and subsequently co-founded an all-women-owned occupational company in St. Croix, USVI providing medical surveillance services throughout the territory. Jill obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas (Austin). She is a Certified Occupational Health Nurse – Specialist (COHN-S) and an active member of the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses (AAOHN).
