Brad Frazee has over thirty years of experience in the startup, operation, and decommissioning of nuclear and chemical facilities at sites managed by the Department of Energy, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and Department of Defense. Complex, highly contaminated processing facilities, and reactors have been safely operated and decommissioned under his management. Mr. Frazee serves as the Chief Operating Officer of North Wind Group, responsible for the safe and compliant execution of over $500 million projects annually.
