Robert (Bob) Driscoll is the Central Regions Business Development Manager. He brings more than 20 years of experience in engineering and construction operations for large, complex, high-profile contracts. Mr. Driscoll spent 10 years serving as a Commissioned U.S. Army officer with multiple combat engineer and US. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) assignments and has a diverse background of experience managing large geographically disperse construction programs ranging from $50 million to $200 million. He has managed and directed operational and concurrent teams of more than 50 engineering and construction professionals in the execution of numerous concurrent consulting, design, and design-build projects. For 15 years, he was the Operations Manager and single point of contact on four USACE ERS MATOCs.
Mr. Driscoll has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, a Master of Business Administration from Webster University, and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
